Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative marketing professional to support our goals and initiatives. As a Web3 Marketing Associate, you will assist our small but mighty marketing team and work cross-functionally with the product, community, and design teams. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing our company’s social networks and driving content marketing initiatives to increase our online presence, build brand recognition, and improve our acquisition efforts with the ultimate goal of turning our community into fans and partners into advocates.

What you’ll do

Content

• Owning our content calendar (blog and video) and execution
• Leason with freelancers and agency partners
• Content channels maintenance and improvement (Website, wiki, blog, etc.)

Socials

• Owning Social channels (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Medium, YouTube, etc.)
• Implement and manage our social media strategies, plans, and calendars
• Liaison with social media agency to oversee healthy social media management of the brand
• Create actionable plans to both maintain and grow our community
• Responding to community inquiries (emails or/and DMs)

The right candidate should have

• English language fluency or mother tongue
• Proven work experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or similar roles
• Proven experience creating content & ability to lead and deliver creative content
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience
• Great communication skills (Verbal and written)
• The ability to make things done (mission-oriented)
• Creativity and initiative to find new angles that resonate with our audiences
• The ability to work Independently
• Open to being driven to make key decisions, multi-tasking & problem-solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of Twitter
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
• Used blockchain technology before (i.e. buying crypto, DeFi, NFTs, Metaverse) and interested in learning more about cutting-edge web3
• Team player and self-starter who isn’t afraid to take initiative

Bonus

• Spanish fluency
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
• Previously worked in Blockchain / Web3
• Agency background is a plus
